ORIJEN Tundra Grain-Free Poultry Free High-Protein Dry Dog Food, 23.5-lb bag

Our six year old GSD boy Buddy has multiple food sensitivities and requires a diet that’s poultry, pork, beef, and absolutely grain free, Orijen Tundra meets and exceeds Buddy’s needs, plus he loves the taste without having to add toppers of any kind. And although it’s expensive compared to other premium kibble, less is needed to be fed than most all other brands of food.

I would give this food 10 out of 10 stars if I could! I was skeptical because of the price tag, but then I did some research on how this food is made, the wholesome ingredients included and I soon realized why my dog actually wanted it. If you can afford this food you cannot go wrong with it! My dog tracks deer during hunting season, so the tundra option was obviously my first choice. I used to have to "doctor" her food with toppers and such, in order for her to eat it because as a travel nurse kibble is the only feasible option for me. I would do raw if I could, but I don't have the storage for it. To have a dog who is excited to finally eat is such a reward. What you said your dog truly does matter, just as much as what you feed yourself. I am so grateful that this brand exists and I hope it never changes! This kibble is truly one of the best out there. I put my rescue dog on it the day he came home and he ate it right away (prior owners said he was very picky) and he was never picky again. It smells so fresh, the ingredients are above and beyond, and it makes my dog have solid stools consistently. I have tried other dog foods in between, but I always come back to this. I am SO happy Chewy is finally carrying it, as this flavor is hard to find in some stores. My dog was too thin and sick, and this made him put on some healthy weight and muscle. It is higher calorie than most because of how rich the ingredients are, but just account for that in feeding. It’ll make you save money in the long run!

Simba was the pickiest puppy…ever! We went through almost every food until we found Orijen. It kills me that it’s so expensive, but I’ve also noticed that I don’t need vitamin supplements or extra stuff because it’s all in one food and you can switch up the flavors and not have it affect his stomach like others may cause. We are sold on Orijen and I love that it shows you every ingredient on there and I feel safe giving it to my baby. He’s gotten a lot of compliments about being fast, strong, lean, and healthy! I think it’s the Orijen! We started with puppy then as he got older we moved to original, and then tundra but we’re looking at trying regional red just to try something new with flavors.
