Would this help mouth rot on a leopard gecko?

Do or can you store in refigerator?
Answer by ChewyNov 05, 2019
It is not necessary to store this product in a refrigerator.

Should this be used in conjunction with WRM Clear for reptiles? Or should it be used after the 4 week period of using WRM Clear? Thanks :))
Answer by ChewyOct 06, 2020
We recommend verifying with your vet prior to use in the chance there could be interactions with any other medications being given.

How do I get the tube to work?!
Answer by ChewyJul 05, 2022
The syringe comes with a dial. This dial can be twisted up and down to allow the product to be released. Please twist the dial to the appropriate dosage amount and press down. This will allow for appropriate dosing.

Loose gel supplements

Please put secure packaging on these bene-bac supplement. They are just thrown into the box with canned food and they flop all over. Surprised none of them broke. Please do something about this asap.

for after antibiotics for my birds

had to administer antibiotics to one of my parrots, cured the problem but her poop wasn't right afterward, this did the trick (have also used it on reptiles in the past). Oh, and she eats it with no problem.

great stuff

my imprinted starling loves this stuff. I refrigerate it tho it doesn't need to be , as it firms the gel and keeps it from melting in my fingertips as I offer it to him. Recommended dose for him is 1/4 inch once or twice a week , but he would eat much more if I let him. Of course I tasted it myself- yum! That means it is easy to get into him. it also seems to make a difference in the texture of his poops...more formed. my hope is that he is able to extract more nutrients from his food with the assistance of the pro-biotic organisms. Truth be told ,tho, I'd buy it for him just because he enjoys it-because I love my bird.

Happy birds

My birds absolutely love this stuff. I never have any trouble getting them back in their cages with this product. We use it as a treat and it’s great for them too!

A treat for our bird

Our bird got sick and this was prescribed to him, but he ended up loving it. Now we buy it for him as a treat, we use it when we have to leave him at home and he loves it!
