Doggie loves it...me? Not so much.
By DebP on Jan 11, 2021
If it were up to the dog, this food would get 5 stars, paws down. She loves it. She seems to digest it just fine, and begs for her dinner now. HOWEVER, and this is big to me, the patties come frozen in individual plastic packets. That alone is fine, but the packets leak when thawed. A lot. When I put the first three packets in the fridge to thaw, they leaked chicken “juices” all over the fridge. It was really gross. So I started putting the packets in a ziploc baggie to thaw in the fridge. This keeps the fridge clean, but jeeze, it is really gross to handle those packets for feeding time. It looks like a murder scene half the time. As much as the dog loves this stuff, I won’t be buying it If it were up to the dog, this food would get 5 stars, paws down. She loves it. Wow! These are really good
By Gizmo2002 on Jan 24, 2021
You can see the absolute goodness in these patties. My dog Buddy absolutely loved these patties. I only served one patty per meal (2x per day) because I felt that more than that was excessive. I will re-order these patties but I won't serve them on a daily basis. I can't afford the cost and I also have 3 cats that I am switching to a better food. Still looking at other options for raw, freeze dried and dehydrated foods.

Dogs love it
By Carie on Feb 13, 2021 Top 1000 Contributor
This raw food is amazing. The dogs love it and it keeps them lean and healthy. The bags they come in become brittle with the dry ice and tend to split. The saving grace there is each patty is individually wrapped.

I wished these were better
By Tink on Jan 10, 2021
I really wanted my dog to like these because she eats raw food but she turned her nose up at them.

Nature’s Logic patties are great!
By Cathy on Oct 5, 2020
It took a little bit for the dogs to get use to not eating kibbles. But now they love their raw food. My only advice is to take it from freezer to a metal bowl to defrost in the frig. Also, my dogs are kinda weird. But they prefer it half frozen, like a frosty, that’s just and observation.

pretty good
By Tanny on Sep 6, 2020
My dog seems to enjoy it and her stomach has tolerated it better than dry foods. It seems to satiate her. I wish there was an easier way to defrost. It takes forever if doing a refrigerator thaw and the seal isn't good because it will leak as it thaws.

Dog loves them
By Sammy on Jul 2, 2020
We've been feeding our 7 month-old, 11lb. Boston Terrier these chicken patties for about a week (along with a reduced amount of her usual kibble), and she loves them. Her digestive system adjusted to this food within a day. I haven't noticed any change in her behavior. I don't know how this food will affect her in the longer term, but she attacks these like they are treats and it's nice to see her eat so enthusiastically. We have to remember to thaw the food in the refrigerator the night before we use it, but otherwise these are convenient and easy to use.

Nature’s Logic Raw Food

I was surprised and very pleased that my pups went for this food with little hesitation. The box arrived in perfect condition, everything was frozen. No problems. I recommend this product!

Took a minute but he is now eating it
By Jess on Jun 25, 2020
When I first tried to give a serving of the thawed patty, my dog walked away from it. I mixed in his old powdered dehydrated food and he ate it right up. I am now giving just the patty (no mixing with another food) with a small amount of hot water, as he seems to not like the temperature of the food right out of the fridge. He’s not over the moon excited for meal times anymore (like with Stella and Chewys freeze dried raw or literally any kind of kibble) but he is eating it and I feel good about him eating it.

packaging sucks
By Chloe on Mar 1, 2020
Pros: My dog loves it (this carries a lot of weight, hence 4 stars) Cons: - Chewy’s shipping packaging sucks (SO MUCH STYROFOAM). - it takes 2+ days to fully thaw in the refrigerator. Though my dog doesn’t seem to mind if they’re still a little frozen. - once thawed, the individual packaging of each medallion leaked blood, sometimes a LOT. The packaging was inconsistent and sometimes seemed to not be sealed properly. I eventually decided it was best to thaw them in a ziplock bag because it was leaking blood all over my refrigerator. - my pup is a 45lb boxer pit mix. She loves the medallions so much that she’ll swallow them whole so I have to break them apart for her.
