    Works as labeled

By review on Nov 16, 2021

I thought I would try this enzyme powder after my dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis. I have used other powders, but this was specific for the pancreas so I thought it might be better. It seems to be fine as far as I can tell, no upsets to the system since we are using it. Per the label instructions, it absolutely MUST sit on the moist food for a period of time...we tried to cut that short and my dog would not eat it, although he tried but reacted as if the taste was really bad. After the curing period, he eats no problem so there just has to be the waiting period. Hopefully this will help keep his system going well!

    EPI / German Sherpherd

By Tamera on Jul 26, 2021

We recently adopted a 9 year old German Shepherd from our local shelter. After the adoption, we discovered that our "new" girl had EPI. After doing some research for non-prescription food and treatment, we came across Bio Case Pancreatic Enzyme Power and Eagle Pack Reduced Fat Adult Dry Dog Food. As Maggie is a big girl weighing in at 110 pounds, we needed to be able to find something that we could afford to purchase in QUANTITY and to help her quality of life. The combination of the two items have enabled us to be able to help control Maggie's EPI. Literally all of the symptoms have disappeared and are under control. Would highly recommend both of these items for anyone who is struggling We recently adopted a 9 year old German Shepherd from our local shelter. Cat won't eat it

By ToddandFawn on Sep 6, 2021

I honestly can't say if it works or not since my cat won't eat it.... Which in my case means it doesn't work. He is very picky though. I hope it works well for others.

Great Product for Our EPI GS!

By Andrea on Jun 4, 2021

We rescued a 1.5 year old German Shepherd not knowing what was going on with her. She was only 45 pounds and extremely emaciated. After a diagnosis of EPI, she has been on Bio Case for 3 weeks and has already gained 7.5 pounds! Super happy with the results and price point as well, as we couldn't afford a few hundred dollars a month for enzymes. Highly recommended!

    Very grateful for this!

    By ABC123 on Apr 2, 2021

I am so happy to have found this. Especially since the enzymes we have been ordering for years now shot up significantly in price. I felt like I took a risk buying this, considering you don’t need a prescription like other enzyme products and I wasn’t familiar with the company or anything. But it works just fine for our EPI dog. No issues to report. It’s nice you don’t need a prescription.

A must have for EPI dog

By Kayla on Dec 31, 2020

Thank God Chewy carries this product. It is a great alternative to enzymes I typically order from somewhere else that was delayed. I ordered this in an emergency and luckily had this product within 24 hours of ordering!

    Pancreatic Insufficiency

By Barb on Dec 16, 2020

It has only been two weeks and I have seen a difference. My GSD has been eating his food and he seems to be gaining some weight. So far so good. I am pleased with the results. He has to be on these enzymes for the rest of his life.
