    Nothing they don't need

    By on

Love, love, love this food for my 10 month old heeler/kelpie mix. He eats it up, and I can see the difference in his coat, eyes, and stool. Would highly recommend.

Stopped using after a few servings

    By on

This caused an incredible amount of gas for my dog. He was like Pigpen walking around with a cloud of gas all day after only one scoop in the morning. It was awful.

High Quality Food But Didn’t Work

    By on

I hate leaving this review because I love this food. I normally don’t leave reviews but a review here helped us immensely so here goes. We switched our Rotty to this food after she started smelling horrible and her skin began to erupt. She didn’t hate the food but going from baked chicken breast, brown rice and other goodies, made her less eager to eat it. She went on strike until we added a bit of chicken to it. The smell was caused by a yeast infection and within a few weeks the smell decreased. Her skin improved at first. However she began drinking gallons of water each day. We are talking LOTS of water. It screwed up her electrolytes. I noticed another reviewer had the same experience I hate leaving this review because I love this food. If it doesn’t affect your dog adversely, this food is great. Our other dog thinks it’s a treat. I’m sad it didn’t work out. … more

Created excessive thirst in both my dogs

    By on

And I mean excessive, REALLY excessive. Labs drinking bowls and bowls of water . I'm not happy. I stopped feeding it. Thirst went away. Tried again and excessive thirst came back. This is unusual and affected 2 of my dogs. I am sending it to my vet for them to investigate. I have never encountered this with any food before. I've been a fan of visionary raw patties for a while. Still am, but will not feed this again

Picky dog will mostly eat it

    By on

She’s the picky princess queen. Seriously. Nothing appeals to her for long, it’s just how she is. Wanted to try this because she eats like a bird and it’s so dense and high calorie that even if she eats a 1/4 cup she’s getting more calories than normal. She did eat this a couple times dry without anything mixed into it, which means it’s a winner even tho it didn’t last. I still incorporate it into whatever I’m rotating her on because it allows me to sneak extra oomph into her diet without her having to eat huge amounts of food to do so. Will buy again for that factor alone.

    Ketosis Achieved!

    By on

I strongly recommend anyone considering feeding this food to do their research on ketogenic diets and the symptoms of ketosis. Changes in thirst, breath, appetite, energy level and cognition are all signs this food is working! This food has performed exactly as advertised for my dog.

amazing for our pet with a Brain tumor

    By on

We switched to this food once we found out that our pet had a brain tumor and read that Keto was great to help with this. We have now moved on to the raw meat they make. Thank you so much

My dog does not like this food at all. I am not sure why. I have had it in his bowl for 3 days and he won't eat it.

    Keto food for cancer

    By on

Unfortunately, just found out my 5 year old golden doodle has soft tissue sarcoma. With some research, I found that keto diets are good for dogs with cancer. So we gave this food a try and my dog just loves it! He was a picky eater before, and his normal food would just sit in the bowl all day until he finally was hungry enough. But this stuff he will gobble down! He had no reactions to the food transition, and loves the flavor! Thank you for making a food that might help prolong my dog’s life a little longer!
