    Great for when away from home

    My boyfriend and I love to look at the cameras and check on the kitties and dog when we’re away. It gives me peace of mind to watch them. It only works with the 2.4gb internet but I have had no issues with it. I haven’t gotten a micro SD card yet so I can only watch the camera live but I plan on getting a memory card soon. Great product, super clear video quality and the night vision is also really great and visible!

    Customer Support is non-existent; product fails to connect; account setup fails.

    This product was recommended by my dog's trainer. Actually, an earlier rendition was recommended, but you can't get that one anymore. Good luck finding the customer service number- its 2063399646 if you need it. Failed to recognize my Netgear router on setup twice before I finally got that, but then would not connect. Locked out my account after 3 attempts to log in using the password I had just put in. Customer Service couldn't help there. For the last 3 months, the Wyze forum reported problems with pixelation using this camera, but Wyze has not responded to the forum's report or indicated it was looking for a fix. PLEASE find us a more reliable camera, Chewy!

    Great Camera!

    I love this camera! I actually bought it to keep an eye on my grand baby while he naps. Love it so much I bought a second for another area of the house to keep an eyes out when we’re away. Sound quality is good, set up is simple, reconnect is a nonevent after a power failure. After a year of continued use, I couldn’t be more pleased.

    Wyze customer service is horrible

    Chewy customer service was amazing and dealt with the product. However wyze Customer service was horrible and said it must be my internet. The QR code wouldn’t scan and they had no solution. I work from home, have great internet. I ordered Petcube and it works perfectly, so easy to install.

    Broke within 3 days

    First it was very hard to get it to connect to my phone. It took me hours of scanning the QR code. I almost gave up and returned it. I wish I did. I finally got it to work and I was so excited to be able to check on my rabbit while gone. But then 2 days later it stopped working. I have tried several things but it doesn’t work.

    Unbelievable, that is what I can say about this cam !!!!!!!! If you want a easy cam to setup this is it...In fact we are ordering more from this company the picture is clear both night and day....This company has a lot of others for outside ...My husband liked the idea he could call and speak to someone....They are pleasant and clear to hear.....     Great camera!

    I love this camera! It is pretty easy to set up through the app and connects easily to our 2.4Ghz wifi. I did experience a small amount of difficulty scanning the QR code which pops up on the app with the camera but it eventually scanned (in less than a minute) once I set my phone down on a flat surface. The camera also has great night vision. I plan to buy 1 or 2 more for other rooms in my home and I absolutely recommend this camera!

    I can find and check on my pets wherever they are

    I got my first wyze camera back in 2018, now I have 20 cameras around the house and basement they work great, I can find and check on my pets wherever they are with live view, from anywhere I'm at. I can check and see where they where what they were doing the whole time I was away, with the recorded motion clips, also from anywhere I'm at. I recommend these cameras

    Doesn’t work and no instructions

    It keeps telling me to check my internet connection or “power cycle” the camera. My internet is fine and since there are no instructions I don’t know what “power cycle” means. So I’ve been going outside to unplug it and plug it back in. It still won’t work. I also don’t know what any of the icons mean or what they’re for. Again, no instructions.

    Great when it actually works…

    It’s great when it actually works, however 4/5 times when I go to check the camera, it says it is offline and needs to be power cycled. It defeats the purpose of having a camera if it’s never online. Waste.
