Description

Arm & Hammer Litter Clump & Seal LightWeight Multi-Cat Litter is a lightweight litter that gives you seven days of odor control—guaranteed. It’s 50 percent lighter than Arm & Hammer’s regular litter, but provides the same number of uses in every box, so it’s great for multiple-cat households. This odor-sealing litter uses moisture-activated microgranules to lock in odors and Arm & Hammer baking soda to destroy them on contact. Plant-derived particles help form tight clumps so you can scoop with ease. Clump & Seal LightWeight Multi-Cat Litter is so light and soft that it feels nicer on your kitty’s paws than the average litter.

Key Benefits
  • Proprietary blend of moisture-activated micro-granules form a tight seal around odors while baking soda destroys sealed-in odors on contact.
  • Complete odor-sealing litter is specially formulated for 7-day odor protection in multi-cat households.
  • 50% lighter than Arm & Hammer regular litter makes this easy to carry, pour, and store.
  • 100% dust free so you can breathe easy knowing that your little one isn't adding dust to the air you breathe.
  • Unique low tracking formula keeps litter where it needs to be and not scattered throughout your home.
Additional Details

Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling used cat litter, as cat feces may contain Toxoplasma gondii—a parasite that can cause toxoplasmosis. Pregnant or nursing women, as well as children and anyone with a weakened immune system, should avoid handling used cat litter. Always handle litter in a ventilated area to avoid inhalation. Keep contents and packaging out of reach of children and pets. Seek medical help in case of accidental ingestion.

  • NOT DUST FREE

    By on

This litter leaves a fine dust on my cat's paws. They are black so it's easy to see - one of them likes to jump in the laundry hamper next to the cat box, and after doing do there was super-fine litter dust all over the clothing. I hate the idea of my cats ingesting this when they clean their paws. I also think it tracks worse - we are finding litter granules in places we normally wouldn't (on the bed, on the coffee table) because it's getting stuck between their toes. I like Arm and Hammer products a lot but will go back to their regular weight Clump & Seal. I will say the odor control for this litter is excellent, but perfumed. Recommend avoiding if you are sensitive to artificial scents This litter leaves a fine dust on my cat's paws. • Definitely lighter weight

    By on

Decided to try this light weight as the heavy weight was difficult to move into the house and into the basement. I was concerned the 4 cats would not like the change but there was no issue in changing the litter from the heavier of the same brand to this light weight. The only negative is the very strong perfume type odor. I would not be able to have this upstairs due to the strong odor. The heavy weight does not have this odor. It is also easier to move the changed dirty litter up the stairs and out the door into the trash container and down a long 30 ft driveway for pickup.

  • A & H Clump & Seal LightWeight Liter

    By on

This cat liter is great for keeping odors under control, but the scent is overwhelming at first. Is messy. It sticks to my cat's feet and is tracked all over the floor. Had trouble just sweeping it up as it is so fine. Usually had to drag the vacuum out. Had the same trouble with another brand. I have used clay liter for years and just changed over to the clumping type. Not sure I'm going to stick with it. Maybe the brand is not my problem.

  • Dust Free is Great

    By on

The entire house has less dust - period. I am absolutely amazed by the difference. Changing and cleaning the litter used to leave me with the feeling of being covered in dust and as if it dust was stuck up my nose. Absolutley HORRIBLE and no longer an issue. Yes it tracks a bit - but show me a litter that doesn't! Vacuumes up easily. We really like this litter and will use it every time.

  • Pools of pee...

    By on

I wish I could give this five stars, but the clumping capabilities seems to be an issue with this litter...what is left after my girls pee is a pool and sometimes a river of pee. Since they are elderly cats, moving around the pee can be a challenge and occasionally we leave the box with pee on our paws that tracks through the carpet. We definitely do not get the ball or urine that is pictured on the box. The consistency and color of this litter is reminiscent of dirt - it's not clay-like and it's brown. This is really a dust free litter, though and totally lightweight and those are big pluses, but until the clumping can be managed, we will be looking for another litter option. • No more stinky box

    By on

Litter gets four stars vice five because the clumps dont always stay as big clumps when I dig. My human uses the litter in my travel trailer box supporting me and my sister and have not had any stinkouts. Litter is completely dust free however it tracks out of the box on my paws just like many other brands. I think my human will keep using the product.

  • Clump & Seal Lighweight

    By on

The cats and I like the lightweight litter. However, I accidentally ordered the regular which has a scent. I prefer the unscented and the cats appear to also. I can't stand the smell of the scent in my house because although it doesn't smell like a dirty litter box, it still has an odor that I don't like. I've found by scooping the boxes twice a day which only takes a couple of minutes, it keeps the boxes fresh and the cats like it better too.

  • Lightweight Great, Clumping Not So Much

    By on

I loved the idea of how light this litter was, I found that it didn't clump as well as the regular and what did clump tended to disintegrate no matter how gentle you were while sifting it, causing the already used litter to crumble back into the litter box :( as much as I hate how heavy the boxes are of the regular stuff, I only tried this type once and went back to the other.

  • So far so good except for the opening

    By on

I have a devil of a time opening these boxes. They've got to figure out something else. It's so hard on my fingers to pull back that tab. I always need to use a box cutter to open it. ALSO: Chewy has been delivering them w/broken handles. These boxes are heavy and w/o the handle, they're very difficult to hold and dump the litter in the litter boxes. AND one of the boxes was spilling litter everywhere. I don't know if it's down to Chewy or the delivery people but whomever it is, please fix it!

  • Fine dark powder sticks to my cats' nails and paws!

    By on

It does not create dust in the air but fine dark powder sticks to my cats' nails and paws! I wear disposable gloves while cleaning litter boxes. I noticed very fine dark powder sticks to my gloves and my cats' nails. This litter causes me to clean my cats' nails and paws daily! Sigh!
