Does not work most of the time.
By Morgan on Apr 4, 2021
I’ve been using this product for a little over a week and I’m throughly disappointed. The latches must be faulty because it only opens some of the time. It’s very disheartening to come home from work to a hungry cat that was supposed to have been feed hours prior. Upon looking at the return policy, items must be unopened/ unused. I’m a tad confused as to how I was supposed to know it wouldn’t work until after using it.

only work when they want to
By crypt on Apr 6, 2021
These only work when they want to, other times they have to be forced open. Threw some new batteries in them and the same outcome. I would see that only half or none of them have opened by the morning. I got these to stop my cat from waking me up every morning at 4am. It would just be preferable if they opened.

Great auto feeder!
By Ellasboys on Jan 12, 2021
I love this feeder! It makes feeding when I have to be away so much easier. The clock only allows whole hour increments on the timer but really for the price, I can make that work. The instructions suggest against using it for wet food but I haven't run into any issues. I would highly recommend!

Survived the can-opener aka my dog
By Gabby on Dec 7, 2020
My 55# shepherd mix who has never met a food container she could not break into managed to get a hold of this (I use it for my cats) and although it's pretty scratched up I'm happy to say it still works fine and she wasn't even able to get it open. I have two of them and they've worked great for me for a while now.

Was hoping it would work
By gemjen20 on Nov 25, 2020
I have been using this for about 2 weeks and all of a sudden it stopped working. I'm not sure if I can get a refund but I did spend a lot of money on it so I'm hoping so

Can finally sleep in!
By Tekki on Jun 24, 2020
The feeder works very well for my 1 yo cat. She learned the sound of the lid popping open within a day and eats easily out of the bowls without waking me at 4am for breakfast. Having removable bowls also makes cleaning much easier. Only tricky part is that the timer only works in hourly increments so you have to set the timer about the same time every day to make sure it opens at the same time. However, the timer does “save” whatever you entered last so you don’t have to constantly redo the math if you set the timer at a similar time each day.

Helpful feeder
By KitKatX2 on Jun 14, 2020
This is very helpful for the few times I am unable to be home on time to feed my 2 cats dinner. I cannot free feed them as they’re much like dogs who will eat very rapidly til they are so full they puke. The sound the latch makes when the lids open scares them, but they very quickly know where to go for food. You can only set the timer in hourly increments but it’s still very handy.

Scares my dog
By Disneypup on Jun 21, 2020
I loved that this was digital, dual and easy to set. Unfortunately, it clicks multiple times when it is time to open and it scares my dog. He won’t go anywhere near it. I think it would be perfect for anyone who’s best is a little more brave, but if your dog is skittish in any way, then this product may not be for you.

The product doesn't open all the time
By Dontbuy on Jun 12, 2020
It's doesn't open by itself I guess I got a busted one. Based off this experience that I thought would help me monitor my pets eating easier but I got a faulty product. No happy.

Works to save your sleep from fatties
By SenorD on Apr 9, 2020
This auto feeder is a pretty solid value for the price. There’s no frills but it works. Once our 2 cats got used to it it’s become their surrogate parent. It took us a bit to get used to the noise of it opening, as it can be a little jarring at first, but now my mind filters it out. So far the fat cats have not figured out how to open it but they do seem to respect it and look at it like some sort of higher power food provider. Plus they are not waking us up at ridiculous hours in the morning for food. Thank you!
