It did not work for us.

A dog trainer suggested I buy this to help with the stress of my cats when I got a new dog. I put it in a room where they spend most of their time and were having problems. Unfortunately, it did not work for us. After a couple of months the cats and new dog worked things out on their own.

I have 8 cats ages are 4 to 10. Sometimes they get a wee bit rambunctious and sometimes scratch or mark were they should not. Each of my rooms where they hangout has a plug in. Keeps them calm and if they see another cat outside do not mark their territory. Highly recommend this product even if you only have one cat.

We have a 15 yo cat, and a 9 mo old kitten. They got along great at the beginning. Our older cat has had some health issues lately. There have been some scary brawls, poor kitten even peed herself. After only one day the difference was noticeable. Could not believe that it worked so fast. Maybe we were one of the exceptions.

Wow! If only I would of known sooner

They say even tho its odorless some people may smell it. I do,so im only able to leave it plugged in for a while then unplug it. I rescued my girl 2yrs ago. She had no clue as to what life should have been. Afraid of every little noise. I plugged it in when we first got it and I joke you not within 15 mins.she was so much calmer!!! We will be lifetyme customers. THANKYOU

I am pretty sure this is working? We bought it at the same time as we started some other things to reduce stress in our five cat home. Everyone seeeeems calmer. I don't have any complaints about the product itself, and will be purchasing refills when it runs low.

Smells like burning

Ordered this product hoping it would be a lower cost replacement for Feliway, but it smells like burning whenever it's plugged in. I tried multiple plug units (even the Feliway brand one), different outlets etc. And all my refills also smell like burning.

My cat was terrified of one of the rooms in my new apt. and I wanted to put the litter box in this room. It calmed him down and he explored the room once I put this diffuser in it. Seems to have worked really well.

Horrible smell

I wanted to like this. I got it hoping it would calm my cat during fluids sessions. But within 18 hours, my whole room smelled like burnt vanilla custard. Once I unplugged it, the odour dissipated quickly. The lousy thing is, I bought two. Sigh.

burned food smell

I am sad the formula has changed my place smells like someone cooked a breakfast and it burned and then the dishes sat in the sink. How can a diffuser create such a STRONG odor like that? If I smell that strongly what does my cat have a headache from it?! I wish they didn’t change the formula I never smelled the original like I do this one!
