  • Not a success

Unfortunately, this wasn’t successful with any of my 5 pets; 4 cats & 1 dog. It’s a great concept & product but they didn’t like the spices; cinnamon & cardamom. Although, smelling the cinnamon made the cats frisky. Lol. I find it easier to make my own chicken or turkey broth when I make a chicken or turkey breast in the crockpot. They all go crazy for that broth, so I thought I’d try this product as a time saver on busy days. Bummed it didn’t work bc it’s a great product.

  • Bone Broth seems to be helping.

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

I bought this for my 13 + 3/4 year old Beagle/Vizsla mix. He's had arthritis for a few years and had recently been diagnosed with a brain tumor :( Anything to help him. He loved it as soon as I put in his dish, he looked for more. My new rescue didn't like it, until my old boy started drinking hers, now she laps it up as well. It seems to be Helping my old boy. I will continue to buy it! I'm going to try the beef as well. ps Cats smelled it & walked away @ it's labeled for dogs & cats.

  • Beware too much spice

    By on

I bought this for my older cat in the house hold, but as soon as i made some up it was very apparent that it was not something that any cat i've met would eat. It smells like cinnamon tea not like broth and completely deterred my cats entirely. Even my ravenous younger cats wouldn't touch it. Not to say that this product wouldn't be liked by some pets, but be warned before hand that the cinnamon used in this product is very very strong.

  • Great Flavor

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

I normally put a canned food topper on dry kibble, but thought I would switch things up with the broth. It has less sodium than the commercial human broth, smells good, and is an even bigger hit than canned topper. For the winter months, this is great slightly warmed. Every drop gets licked from the dinner bowl.

  • Great for our furry loved ones

    By on Top 25 Contributor

I have an ill senior kitty that needed fluids, calories and vitamins. Adding the bone broth to soften more firm foods really added to his desire to eat and the fragrance while ward is good. The kitties that aren't ill, some liked a little but the majority did not. Mostly the senior cats wanted it.

  • My dogs love it

    By on

My great dane Oliver doesn't like eating his joint supplements, so I have to cover them in something that tastes good to trick him into eating them. When I first opened the container, the smell was amazing even to me. Oliver loves having dinner because I put this over his food every night!

  • Neither Dog would go near it!

    By on

One of them took a taste and left the room. The other wouldn’t even taste it. I followed the directions and topped some on their regular food. Then they wouldn’t eat their food either. I admit they’re older dogs and hard to please but they were really turned off.

  • DOGS LOVED IT

I usually buy the broth with the turmeric, but was curious about this one. The smell reminds me of cinnamon oatmeal. My loved love it. I use it to re-hydrate freeze dried dog food.

  • Can people drink this??

    By on

I read the ingredients list it looks good. The bone broth for people is so costly. I don't think my cats would like the spices but I'm wondering if anyone has tried this themselves?

  • My dachshunds love it

Instead of making a whole cupful at once, I sprinkle about a quarter of a teaspoon on their dry food and then add some hot water. Stir it up, let it set for a bit to cool. Works great!
