How do you remove the cardboard piece so you can attach this arch toy?

The scratch pad can be removed by pushing in the sides so the tabs on the holder are no longer keeping the pad in place. It can be replaced the same way.

Revived the ball scracher

Some of our cats still played with ball scratcher occasionally. Once we added this to it all of them started to play daily with it. Only problem the cats pulled out the feathers the first day.

can’t find wheel attachment

This item is pointless to buy because they do not offer the availability to purchase a wheel attachment. Without the wheel there is nothing for the cat scratcher to attach to therefore you can’t even use it. It’s pointless! Very disappointed with this and don’t recommend buying because you can’t use it!

Takes time

They play will the ball more,and out of three cats only one use's the scratcher that's how it was with the original one they had.Eventually they figure it out.

Worth the money.

Franklin and Luna

They could not wait for me to get the Chewy box opened. Franklin jumped into the box to explore their goodies. As soon as I got the arch attached and added some catnip - the fun began. They loved it instantly along with the packing paper. Best Play Day In a While

Scratcher dome

The boys were anxiously awaiting for me to get this attached. No issues there. Problem we have is one kitty loves any kind of string & the hanger with feathers only lasted about 2 minutes. Need something he can’t chew thru!

Cat Loves!

Our cat loved the Turbo star chaser and when we hooked this on top, it’s become her favorite play center. I was surprised at the lower reviews, but for $12, and we had the base, it was worth trying and it’s been a success. It’s also a space saver since it’s a few activities in one.

Missing part

I’m not happy with this product because there is a piece you have to have to attach the grooming arch too and it is not available. I don’t even see where it’s ever been available. So I have the scratch pad, the grooming arch, the twinkle toy and they are totally useless.

Surprise Hit

One of my cats was already an "expert" at the turbo scratcher, and had gotten bored with it. I added this to an order just so I'd get free shipping without a lot of expectations, but she loves it. It brought her attention back to the scratcher. She loves to sit under the arch and rubs on it constantly.
