Compact for on the go
By Suzy on Mar 14, 2020
I have been taking my dog Penny out on trail hikes a lot lately. She takes flea and tick medicine, but there's always one or two ticks crawling around after a hike. So I needed something compact to carry with me to comb her out before we head home. This comb is great and fits right in my pocket/waist bag.

My Nasty Surprise
By ZZZZ on Jan 15, 2020
I have two indoor cats that NEVER go outside so I never thought I would get fleas in my house or on my cats. Well, I live in Georgia and it’s super hot and muggy here so I ended up getting them on my clothes or something because one of my cats started getting flea bite allergy reaction ( sores and scabs on neck area and rear) but I could never find the little monsters in her fur. My suspicion grew though due to her reaction. As soon as I combed her fur with this little comb I saw 3 or 4 of them right away!!! I was HORRIFIED. Of course I took action right away with the tubes you put on their backs and also the vet had a pill you can give them to kill all fleas on them. I sincerely recommend I have two indoor cats that NEVER go outside so I never thought I would get fleas in my house or on my cats. I sincerely recommend talking to your vet to help you get a handle on them. The moral of the story is if you want to use the comb as a diagnostic tool, it’s a great little tool. However, it will never actually get rid of their fleas. It does what it’s supposed to do and just FIND the fleas for you. They are so fast that unless they are just covered in fleas, they’ll move too fast for you to find them. … more

Amazing comb
By Matthew on Jan 10, 2020
I have white cats with a very light flea problem. Occasionally I see a flea and catch it. They have no flea dirt, and are very clean. I got this comb based on the excellent reviews. It's so much better than anything else I've used. It caught such tiny fleas - I've never seen fleas this small. Some are so small that I've had to use a magnifying glass to be sure they were fleas.

Replacement item
By BarbW on Nov 18, 2019
I bought this item to replace one I left behind while vacationing. It is exactly what I expected it to be. Fits in the hand nicely. I would recommend this product. The fact that the comb is metal is a huge plus!

Handy-dandy and it works
By RockyMom on Oct 2, 2019
I have arthritis in my wrists which makes combing my pets painful at times. This little contoured flea comb has nice tight teeth to get young fleas and is small enough to keep in an end table near their favorite chair (which they share with me at times). Because it is always near, they get more frequent combing. The grip is easy and doesn't hurt my wrists.

Unimpressed
By Picklestein on Nov 17, 2019
I have shorthaired pets with undercoats. This comb didn't seem to penetrate through their undercoat well enough to comb up surface debris on their skin. Not worth the price paid

Perfect for EyeBoogers
By Laura on Jul 24, 2019
This is not only a useful flea comb for tight spaces and small dogs, it is great for removing dried eye boogers from our small dog. We literally use it at least once a day.
