Important Information

Fleas rise to the top of your pet's coat as they die, so consider it a triumph if you start seeing more fleas at first, after treating your pet. If you’re still seeing fleas after application, it may be because your pet has picked up new fleas from the environment, which may include other pets, surfaces and outdoor areas. It may take up to 30 days to break the entire flea life cycle. Additionally, you should also treat sources of new fleas (i.e., carpet, yard, etc.) to ensure complete flea control.

The thin, pointy-tipped end of a TickEase tweezer is designed for removing even the tiniest tick nymphs from people.

  1. Grip the tick as close to the skin’s surface as possible.
  2. Pull upward with a steady, even pressure. Never twist or jerk the tick out.
  3. After removing the tick, thoroughly clean the bite area and your hands with rubbing alcohol, an iodine scrub, or soap and water.

The end of a TickEase with the slotted scoop is designed for removing larger or engorged ticks from pets and other animals.

  1. Place the slotted scoop against the skin.
  2. Slide the scoop under the tick’s mouthparts and as far back as possible.
  3. Pry or lift the tick carefully from the skin with steady, even pressure.

    Works Like A Charm

Removing a tic from my dog was never easier. It's a gross task, but this tweezer made it very easy. It works so much better than the traditional tweezer and the tic pulls out in 1 tug.

    A GREAT "MUST HAVE"

    By on

This is a must have item if you have a dog, cat, or other animal that could be exposed to ticks. It looks and feels like a fine surgical instrument. My English Bulldog had what looked like a very tiny tick on the back if her head. I could not spread the hair enough and whatever it was I could not see a body and head clearly enough to use the tweezers. I got under it with the slotted scoop end and presto out it came leaving a tiny blood spot where it was. She accepted the procedure with no fear of the tiny instrument. I will never be without this. Being stainless steel I can clean and sterilize it with alcohol -- which I also use on the removal spot on the dog. Necessary item to have on hand

    By on

Ticks are bad in our area so I purchase a tick remover for my dogs. When a relative purchased a puppy, I bought this as part of a welcoming package. The tool works well to get the tick at the base of the body to guarantee the removal of the head.
