Sanicat Evolution Adult Litter is extreme litter – an ultra-clumping white Bentonite clay combined with oils and slow-release balsamic scent. Essential oils provide a natural antiseptic and antibiotic effect to help inhibit the growth of bacteria found in older cats. Tight-clumping clay makes clumps easier to remove resulting in longer-lasting cat litter. Dust-free litter helps prevent allergies as well.

Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling used cat litter, as cat feces may contain Toxoplasma gondii—a parasite that can cause toxoplasmosis. Pregnant or nursing women, as well as children and anyone with a weakened immune system, should avoid handling used cat litter. Always handle litter in a ventilated area to avoid inhalation. Keep contents and packaging out of reach of children and pets. Seek medical help in case of accidental ingestion.
I like the natural scent of mild cedar and no awful fragrances. I have allergies to fragrances as well as one of my cats.
I've had my senior cat for a full year now, and we've tried countless types of litter - this one is by far THE MESSIEST. Pros - does keep the smell down and 'soft clumps' quickly Cons - it is now literally in every inch of my apartment. Leaves hard to clean paw prints all over the liter mat and the surrounding floor. Flicks up EVERYWHERE outside the box. Won't buy again. Now have to go back to the expensive silica I have to replace every 6 days (4x as often as 'suggested/guaranteed')
I have 4 older cats !!! This is a wonderful product, will be purchasing from now on. The cats seem to prefer this over other litters I have purchased anywhere. There is less "tracking" litter from the boxes, the Oder is much less, I do clean boxes twice a day and have multiple boxes throughout the house for cat privacy!
This is the worst litter I have purchased in over 20 years. It’s caked onto my cats paws and between her toes such that she won’t walk. It literally turns to clay.
I like the fact that it clumps quite well...It is dusty though. I also found when I was checking my cats claws that the litter hardens in among the toe nails and hurts their pads. I had to put a wet hot cloth on their paws to soften the harden litter and pull the litter loose around their nails. If they get their paws in the wet area while they are trying to get out of the litter box you must check their feet. Seems every box of litter has it's up and downs.
I like it. I've been using Sanicat Evolution for a while and wanted to try one that was scented. I'm pleased that the scent is very light and natural, can't detect it strongly which I prefer. Low dust is what I want the most in a litter and it is. Clumps well for one cat. It does track but not more than any other brand, IMO.
It's hard to find a perfect cat litter especially for cat's that have renal disease, diabetes, frequent UTI's ,etc as prescription diets increase urine & fecal output. In my experience It's trial & error. sanicat works great for healthy cats.
I like the smell and no dust formula of this litter. It clumps well. Doesn’t stick to the bottom like glue like some litters but it does track very badly since the particles are small. Bought to help with my older boys UTIs and think it’s helped. If you have a mat to catch the litter and sweep daily anyway like we do it’s a great try!
It seems to be better all around compared to those perfumed litters that make my cats and me sneeze.
Have 4 cats and they tracked this litter all over the house. So it’s not low tracking. It also doesn’t clump super well. Too messy to try again.
