It is the mission of Refurbished Pets of Southern Michigan to help abandoned, surrendered and homeless animals. We are purpose driven by a moral obligation to maintain or restore a healthy quality of life by providing rescue and placing them in an approved, suitable and safe foster or forever homes by legal means.
