AFHAR is a non-profit no kill rescue saving lives throughout the state of Florida. We specialize in small dogs. All our dogs are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped. We take care of all medical issues, socialize and prepare them for their forever homes. We rescue strays, take in owner surrenders and, of course, rescues from death row.
