About Animal Protection Association (APA)
Founded in 1999, Animal Protection Association (APA) is an all-volunteer, no-kill rescue dedicated to helping homeless cats and kittens in Southern Indiana and the Louisville area.
APA has no paid staff—our work is powered entirely by compassionate volunteers who care for the cats, run our programs, and organize fundraising efforts.
Every cat is spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and tested for FIV/FeLV before adoption.
Your support through our Chewy Wish List helps provide the food, litter, and supplies our cats need while they wait for their forever homes.
🐾 Thank you for helping APA’s Fabulous Felines!
