Animal Rescue Fund of Arkansas is comprised of a small group of dedicated volunteers passionate about helping "down on their luck" homeless canines find wonderful, loving forever homes. All of our dogs are provided with the medical care necessary to return them to good health while they live in safe, loving foster homes where they can begin to thrive as they wait to be adopted into approved, loving forever homes. Many of the dogs coming into our program are somewhat lacking in the social graces and our foster parents help them begin their life changing journey of developing into your dream dog.
