AnimalDefense Rescue.org is a small and savvy woman run nonprofit Dog rescue which non only rescues in small numbers dogs from high kill shelters in CA, but also does dog behavior assessment, training, rehbilitaion and boarding. Each dog lives with the Executive Director for at least 1 month - with her pack- while the dog is posted on Adopt-A-Pet.com and RescueMe.org. the adoption process is very thorough and well organized.
