Back Home – Terrace Heights is a community-based nonprofit working to improve outcomes for dogs in Yakima County.
We focus on practical solutions — things like free ID tags, microchipping, spay/neuter access, and helping dogs get home or safely placed. We also support the people doing this work by providing resources, coordination, and now a shared space (yakpackHQ) to make it all more efficient.
At its core, Back Home is about being a better neighbor — stepping in where the system falls short and making it easier for people to help.
