About Us
Bella’s Promise Pet Rescue is a volunteer based rescue group that focuses its efforts on cats or kittens that are in danger on the streets or in high risk shelters. We place rescued animals in loving foster homes and provide medical care until they are cleared for transport to our rescue partners in New England. New England states do not have a pet overpopulation problem, and are able to quickly place our rescues into loving forever homes.
