Border Animal Rescue serves all of Cochise County, Arizona. we are a 100% volunteer organization. Cochise County is a very rural county without a countywide shelter. Although our core competency is the Trap Neuter Release /Return of Feral Cats we perform other services as well when space and funding is available. When we trap friendly, stray, abandoned cats and kittens, we attempt to foster or place them so that they may be adopted. Should we be have insufficient resources to foster or socialize them, we attempt to place them with other organizations.
