Cats Around Town Society, Inc. is a 100% volunteer 501c organization dedicated to reducing and stabilizing the stray/feral cat population on the lower eastern shore of Sussex County, Delaware thru our Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate and Return program. We are committed to the removal of young kittens and friendly strays from the environment into home based foster care and eventual adoption into loving homes.
