Our ultimate goal is to spay and neuter free-roaming community cats in an effort to lower intake numbers in our shelter and rescues. During our first year, we realized that we cannot, in good conscience, remain TNR exclusively . There are too many kittens born on our streets each year that can be adopted into homes.
