About Us
CCLRR was founded in July 1998 due to the great need to find loving homes for abused, abandoned, or unwanted labrador retrievers in the Central Valley. We are an all-volunteer organization. Our dogs are all fostered in our homes as we do not have kennels or a central shelter. Our dogs get to know the love of a home as soon as they are taken into our rescue. Our foster volunteers and adopters can be located anywhere from South of Redding to North of Fresno, San Francisco Bay area to Grass Valley.
