About Us
The Crawford County Humane Society is an open door non-profit organization. Our goal is to provide a safe place for animals in need to go. On our very limited budget we operate a shelter that works hard to provide a very efficient loving shelter. There is never enough space even though we would make you smile to see how creative we are finding a nook in our little building to take in as many unwanted animals as we can. Some of our biggest challenges come in finding homes for the larger dogs and the large amounts of cats since we are one of the few placed who will receive them. All of these animals are beautiful and of course have great temperaments. All of our animals, be it a puppy, dog, kitten or cat, have great personalities and will respond to your affection with a bond that will last a lifetime. They know what you have done for them when you adopt one.Find Us
