Seeing a need for proactive, nonprofit support for our community's animal population, members of our community joined to provide sensible solutions-and the DeKalb Animal Coalition was formed. The DeKalb Animal Coalition (501c3) operates a low-kill animal shelter that serves all of DeKalb County. We partner with rescues and work to educate the public about responsible pet ownership.
