About Us
Double Dog Dare Rescue Inc is comprised of volunteers dedicated to saving all breeds of dogs from very rural areas in which they have very little chance of survival without us. The shelters we work with do not have the resources to coordinate adoptions, so our rescue, and others like us, are their only hope to extend the lives of the dogs they have. The shelters are only able to provide the basics of food, water and shelter. As a result of minimal funding they have been forced to adopt policies that require euthanasia of all dogs on site on a regular basis, such as once per week.
