Dreaming of a Chance's mission is to rescue abandoned domestic pigeons from around the Hudson Valley and NYC and provide them with a forever home here at the sanctuary. We also strive to educate the public about proper bird care, the effects of abandonment on the environment, as well as how to help abandoned domestic birds in need.
