About Us
The Dyersburg–Dyer County Humane Society is an open-intake shelter serving Dyer County, Tennessee. We provide care and shelter for stray, abandoned, and neglected animals that have nowhere else to go. Our mission is to give every animal a second chance through medical care, enrichment, and adoption. Many of the animals that come through our doors arrive from difficult situations such as neglect, hoarding cases, or life on the streets. With limited resources but a dedicated staff and supportive community, we work every day to provide these animals with safety, compassion, and the opportunity to find loving homes. Donations from our Chewy Wish List go directly toward food, enrichment toys, cleaning supplies, and other essentials that help us care for the animals while they wait for their forever families.Find Us
