About Us
Since 1997 our organization has been committed to brining unconditional love to people in hospitals, hospice, senior living communities, schools, universities, libraries, children reading programs, rehab facilities and many more places. We go where we are needed, as a completely volunteer run and operated organization. Our Teams, composed of a handler and a furry team member (mostly dogs, but we also have cats and bunnies!) visit over 150 facilities in the Houston area and logged well over 10,000 visits in 2022. We keep our membership fees low to allow our members to be able to participate, as they have to pay for their own transportation costs, shirts, pet treats, pet vest, extra grooming, etc. We depend on the generosity of our donors to keep administrative projects going.
