FCSPCA offers support for pet owners during disasters and times of financial hardships. We are also an organization that provides shelter, Veterinarian care, microchipping and rehabilitation for severely abused and neglected animals.We are an all volunteer 501 c 3 organization, we are REGISTERED WITH IRS,THE ARKANSAS ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND THE ARKANSAS SECRETARY OF STATE AS A NON-PROFIT.
