Our organization is committed to keeping pets safe, happy and healthy while they wait to be placed in a forever home. We are a dedicated group of volunteer citizens committed to helping the homeless animals and reputable breeder releases. FCSPCA offers support for pet owners during disasters and times of financial hardships. We are also an organization that provides shelter, Veterinarian care, microchipping and rehabilitation for severely abused and neglected animals.We are an all volunteer 501 c 3 organization, we are REGISTERED WITH IRS,THE ARKANSAS ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND THE ARKANSAS SECRETARY OF STATE AS A NON-PROFIT.
