About Us

We are an all-volunteer, non-paid group/foundation formed to: Assist in the feeding, trapping, spay and/or neuter of feral and barn cats and dogs; Assist other 501(c )3 cat and dog associations and/or shelters in any way permitted by law; Educate the public as to the feeding, trapping, spay and/or neuter of feral cats and dogs; Raise the necessary funds needed for the successful missions of said corporation.
