Every item purchased from this list goes directly to the daily care of the rescued tortoises living at our sanctuary. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit sanctuary dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, & providing lifelong care for Redfoot tortoises. Many of the tortoises that arrive here have been surrendered by families who did not realize how specialized their care can be, while others come to us suffering from health issues caused by improper diet, lighting, or environment. Today, our sanctuary is caring for 47 rescued tortoises, & each one depends on us every single day for proper nutrition, safe habitats, enrichment, & ongoing care. Tortoises may appear simple, but providing the correct food, supplements, & environment is essential for them to live long, healthy lives.
