Fluff Responders is a foster-based cat/kitten rescue. We do not have a facility--all of our animals are placed in foster homes until they are adopted. We were founded by first responders and their friends and are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We are 100% volunteer-based and rely on donations from good humans like yourselves to help.
