We are committed to reducing the amount of unwanted animals by partnering with our local animal shelters to place the homeless pet population in loving homes. We are foster based so we keep the pets safe, happy and healthy while they wait to be placed in a forever home. Franklin County Humane Society / DBA Paws for Life NC is a 501(c)3 nonprofit animal rescue that was formed in 2002 to help solve the problem of homeless dogs and cats in Franklin and Northern Wake Counties, NC. We are a foster based rescue, helping the community with Dogs and Cats. We have several programs that we run. SNIF (Spay Neuter In Franklin County), Cats For Hire and now our new transport program.
