Our mission is to enrich the lives of both animals and people throughout our community. Our animal shelter is a non-profit, 100% volunteer-run, no-kill animal rescue organization serving Crestwood, MO and the surrounding areas. We take our convictions and turn them into action, promoting spay and neutering to end the suffering of overpopulation and unwanted animals. While our official name is Friends of Animal Control and Rescue (FOACAR), we do business as Crestwood Animal Shelter.
