Friends of Berkeley County Animals is a 501(c)(3), (EIN 83-3548657) that was created by animal-loving volunteers to support the lives of animals within Berkeley County. Our group stands in the gap between what Charleston Animal Society, Berkeley Campus, and Berkeley County Non-Profit Animal Rescues can provide and what is needed to enrich the lives of the animals they rescue until they are placed in loving homes. In the tradition of “friends of” groups, we are stepping up to the challenge of supporting their efforts to find homes for the abandoned and surrendered animals of Berkeley County.
