The mission of Friends of Contra Costa Animal Shelters is to improve the lives of the shelter animals at Contra Costa Animal Services. We raise much needed funds to help the animals with specialized medical care that goes beyond the shelter’s ability. In addition, we fund the purchase of additional animal supplies and actively promote the animals on social media for pet adoption and rescue.
