Friends of Stanly County Animals Rescue is a licensed 501c3 run solely by volunteers. We are also 100% foster based, meaning we have no facility. We save animals from animal control in Stanly County, as well as other NC counties and other states. We also take owner surrenders and help cats and dogs who have been abandoned.
