Friends of Upland Animal Shelter operates the Upland Animal Shelter in partnership with the City's Animal Control Officers and is dedicated to finding every adoptable animal a loving home.Friends was formed solely out of a desire of volunteers and staff to supplement staffing and public funding of the Upland Animal Shelter so that it can provide a high quality of animal care and find homes for as many adoptable pets as possible.
