About Us
Hagrid’s Hope is a small cat rescue that was started in 2023 in honor of Hagrid, a rescued cat. The purpose of Hagrid’s Hope is to rescue cats that have been abandoned outside, or cats that have been rejected or would be euthanized by other rescue organizations or humane societies. Most local humane societies are full and will not accept new cats, or they refuse to take small kittens or those with special needs. At present there are 11 cats receiving care in the rescue facility, and 6 others have been adopted. The goal of Hagrid’s Hope is to provide these cats and future rescues with nutrition, medical care, a safe place to live, assure that they are spayed or neutered, and prepare them for adoption. Hagrid’s Hope also plans to conduct adoption and fundraising events to help in their mission to save cats.Find Us
