About Us
Halo for Animals assists the City of Sullivan and the Sullivan Police Department with the pets in their animal control facility (pound). Halo helps the city find placement for the pets not claimed by their families, helps cover medical needs not paid for by the city and promotes pet spay and neuter. Through generous donations from the community and support of local businesses, the organization is able to provide adopters with a certificate to cover part of the required spay/neuter of the newly adopted pet or pay for the surgery before adoption.
