Hart-2-Heart Rescue is foster-based and located in Greensboro, North Carolina. We primarily rescue, foster and adopt out small middle age to senior dogs to homes in NC, SC, VA and East Tennessee. Our breed focus is Shih Tzus, Yorkies, Pekingese and other small fluffy mixed breeds. We received our non-profit designation in 2015 but have been doing dog rescue, foster and adoption since 2006.Find Us
Our Adoption Process
Fees: $500 (includes physical/vaccinations/heartworm test/spay/neuter/dental)
Adoption Contract
Required: Vet checks, Home visit, fenced yard and no children under 10 years.
Adoption range is North and South Carolina, Virginia and East Tennessee.
