About Us
Established in 2005, Healing Hearts is dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of abused, neglected and abandoned animals. Healing Hearts currently cares for dozens of horses who have come to us through dire situations or slaughter bound. We provide them with the care and compassion that is necessary for their recovery. Healing Hearts takes on some of the most severe abuse cases, often working with SAVE Havasupai Horses, Maricopa County Sheriff's Department, Arizona Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Indian Affairs and other local law enforcement agencies. Farm Animals such as Horses, Mules, Donkeys, Pigs, Goats and Sheep find sanctuary at our 10-acre rescue. We have been active with the rescue of pack horses & donkeys coming out of the Grand Canyon, Havasupai Falls, as well as Wild Horses in Arizona. The goal of Healing Hearts is to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the State of Arizona and to serve victims of abuse.Find Us
