About Us
Hearts & Hounds Rescue Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dog rescue serving Los Angeles and communities throughout California. Built on more than 20 years of hands-on fostering and rescue experience, we help dogs facing homelessness, neglect, abuse, medical challenges, and euthanasia—regardless of breed, age, size, location, or circumstances. As a foster-based rescue, we provide veterinary care, vaccinations, spay or neuter services, microchipping, rehabilitation, daily necessities, and individualized support while helping each dog find a safe and loving forever home. We also promote responsible adoption, foster care, spay and neuter efforts, and community education. At the heart of our work is one simple belief: every dog deserves a chance. Once a dog becomes part of the Hearts & Hounds family, we remain committed to their safety, health, happiness, and future.Find Us
