Our organization is committed to keeping your pets wellness needs at an affordable price for all. The organization was incorporated in 1977 in West Virginia, since we have conducted over 285,000 spay/neuters and countless other life saving surgeries to the under privileged pets in our area. Our Mission Statement: 1. To promote animal welfare with special emphasis on spaying and neutering pets. 2.
