About Us
Our organization is a 501(c)3, veteran founded, no kill rescue. We rescue dogs that are on the euthanasia list at high kill shelters and take in discarded dogs from the streets. The H.F. in our name, is the initials of a Vietnam military hero dog, called Harvey Fine. He warned and saved his platoon from pending attack. Harvey Fine was brought back to the U.S. to retire with his Veteran parents. It was then that they started H.F. HELP. Harvey Fine Helping Everyone Love Pets!
