Higher Ground Animal Sanctuary, formerly the Inland Northwest Animal Sanctuary, is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue and sanctuary nestled into the hillside of the lower east loop of Green Bluff. Our family shares farm #49 with Hierophant Meadery. Our mission is to Rescue homeless animals and animals in need, offering medical care, behavioral training, adoption, or a place of Refuge to peacefully live out their lives. In sharing our work and their stories we hope to share the load as well create opportunities for Humane Education - thus creating a greater rescue culture.
