About Us
Our organization's mission is to help rescues and shelters find homes for their dogs. We create adoption events for them to bring their dogs to match with potential adopters. We secure the location, provide veterinarians, trainers and volunteers, help pre-screen adopters and promote the events. All adoption fees go directly to the rescues or shelters. We also help provide support for the rescues and adopters once they are adopted. Homeward Bound CT also has a Spay It Forward Program where we fund spay/neuter operations for CT Shelter dogs. We feel that if a dog is already spayed/neutered it will increase their chance of being adopted and help keep the future shelter population down.Find Us
